Catering! We love it. Cooking outdoors for large crowds can have its challenges, I remember this one well. Supper was served on time at 6:00, after a huge storm dumped heavy rain and hail from 5:00 to 5:45. We were soaked and cold but proud of our efforts!

This just in from the National Barbecue & Grilling Association: FIRST PLACE Award for Tumbleweed All Purpose Rub!!! This was cooked on chicken but it did well in Pork also.
