We’re on the verge of announcing our 2021 classes. We ran a number of classes in the summer and fall of 2020, and we’ll be continuing our enhanced safety protocols for classes next year. These protocols include:
- Reduced Class sizes, especially for venues that don’t have the space for adequate social distancing in the classroom setting. This means classes will sell out sooner than in past years.
- Keeping hand sanitizer and gloves at hand for staff and guests
- We serve the food to guests to limit the contact of tongs and condiments.
- Encouraging the use of facemasks in indoor settings.
Refund policy: In the event that we are forced to cancel a class due to provincial government regulations, or our instructors are demonstrating symptoms, we will offer you a free transfer to a future class, or refund your class registration fee.
Cancellation policy: In the event that a student needs to cancel, we offer a full refund up to 7 days before the class. Since most of our classes sell out, a refund after that date will depend on whether we have a waiting list, or can fill that seat with a last minute inquiry.
