Another season of BBQ classes has come to a close. We appreciate everyone’s support for a record-setting year… almost 20 classes held across Western Canada.
Look for some new towns in 2016, including Winnipeg! We will have Saskatchewan dates posted by December 1, and other provinces by January 1. If we can settle on dates earlier than that, we will.
We also plan to hold a full Competition Secrets class in March, where you will see our full program from start to finish – recipes, techniques, presentations, you name it. This class will likely be held in Calgary, it’s easiest for people to reach from across Canada. If you would like to be notified when this class is announced, please Email us – info@bbqclass.ca
